Mark is a Singer, Songwriter, Arranger, Poet and Performer who lives in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales, UK.

He describes his music as an eclectic mix of art pop, classical, country, electronica and post-progressive.

His Influences are the iconic and sophisticated artistic sounds of David Bowie, Kate Bush, Peter Gabriel, Japan and Roxy Music.

Mark says his lyrics and poetry are taken from everyday events that have touched him on his journey through life. He has, on occasion, even taken to writing a song or poem in his native tongue, Welsh. For example “Y Dyn Da (The Good Man)” which sits proudly in the Hywel Dda Interpretative Centre, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, South Wales, UK and not forgetting the sublime “Fy ‘nghariad”.

The song "Un O Fath" (One of A Kind) is Mark's take on the legend of Merlin the Magician, friend of King Arthur. The track can be seen at Exeter University on it's MA course Magic and Occult Science.

Mark has collaborated and written a number of songs with keyboard player, arranger, composer and great friend Carl Simmonds at Carl's studio, Pinewood Audio, Pontypool, UK.

Most notably Mark is the author of the musical "Waiting for Blue" which is about living with dementia and is based upon Mark's late father in law "Mel".

Along the way Mark has released a couple of EPs plus the concept album "Sitting On The Edge Of My Bed" where he explores his innermost feelings and thoughts, past present and future & includes the tracks "I Have Travelled Through Time" "Let The Dice Roll" & "USB Ports & Ancient Astronauts".


Mark has performed at venues across South Wales, UK including: Cardiff University, Barry's "The Memo", Barry Town Hall & Library, Salem Baptist Church, Barry & Community Hubs in Llantwit Major & Penarth. 


Mark has also performed live on "Bro Radio" his song "Come With Me - The Barry Island Song" at the famous "Barry Rotary Club's Charity Duck Race at Cold Knap Gardens, Barry.
